Robot Truck Pull Back / Pull-Back Robot Truck are releases from the same bootleg source in Taiwan.
While the DL Robo Vehicles are likely bootlegs of the original Grand Model kits, it's unclear whether the Robot Truck release are Robotron or original model kit bootlegs. It's speculation, however the lettering of the manufacture stamp and the vertical blue stripe cardback could indicate these were released by Lon Far / Four Star or someone associated as both match unrelated Gobots bootlegs from these companies.
The casting is very crisp and on par with the Robotron versions, however the plastic is slightly lower quality while not being brittle.

Packaging Variations as seen below, this bootleg released was distributed on multiple card backs an in many countries. So far the blue and yellow version has only been sighted on the blister card shown below.
